Well I went to sleep around 8pm yesterday so I woke up around 2:30 am today. What better to do only watch a dvd. I put on
"Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist"

Worth a watch. At  2 am it was good maybe it would bejust ok anytime else.

Had the breakfast and headed over to Sammamish to do a investigation. It was with David N. A place called Chiswick I think. I brought a fruit type salad and I wolfed it down after I was done. Washed down with piles of water. The weather is at record highs here today. I brought the photos back to the office. The gang were going out to lunch and talked me into it. I went with Jim. We went to a place in Kent named "Zephyr"  http://www.zephyrgrill.com/  Joe, Janine, Kris and Emily were there too. I ate a pear salad with mixed greens and nuts. I skipped the ole blue cheese. It was tasty. Washed down with iced tea to cool off in the heat.
I headed off up to Morgans after that to get a plumbing part fot K & E's shower. Finally got it. Then off home. I have another dry tshirt on me now and the air condition was cold. When I got out of my truck at the house I was engulfed with a wave of heat.  It was cool inside when I got in home.

Back in the early 90's I went to see a band called The Tragically Hip so with the weather today into the 90's what better to do but go over to Marymoor Park and see them in concert again. http://www.thehip.com/  We arrive in the heat and find a shady area to sit. Phil shows up and soon later along comes Marci who lost a load of weight, then John and Cara. We eat and chat for awhile. Then on come a band named "The Sadies" http://thesadies.net/band.htm . They were good. Then a wee bit later on came The Tragically Hip and wow they were every bit as good as I remembered them. I will not wait to see them again. When you get on your feet  and dance your way through the show, I would say that was a good concert. So if they are playing near you, break open your piggy bank or even your kid's piggy bank take the money and buy a ticket. Well worth it. 
Headed back home with the music still echoing in my ears. A great night.
